RULES OF THE CONTEST ORGANIZED BY PÂTISSERIE E. LADURÉE
From January 28 to February 8, 2026
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company PÂTISSERIE E. LADURÉE, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €372,584.80, whose registered office is located at 84 avenue d'Iéna – 75116 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 572 045 540 (hereinafter referred to as "LADURÉE" or the "Organizing Company"), is organizing from January 28 to February 8, 2026 inclusive, a contest with no purchase obligation entitled "Contest – LADURÉE & BERGAMOTTE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"). The company PÂTISSERIE E. LADURÉE is duly represented by Mélanie Carron.
ARTICLE 2: CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT
The Contest is announced via META.
ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The Contest is open to any individual of legal age as of the Contest start date, except employees and representatives of the Organizing Company or companies affiliated with its corporate group, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisors and members of their family, including domestic partners and, generally speaking, any company or individual participating, directly or indirectly, in the setup or implementation of the Contest.
The Organizing Company draws attention to the fact that any minor participating in the contest is deemed to participate under the supervision and with the consent of their parents or holder(s) of parental authority, or failing that, their legal guardian(s).
Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified entry, containing false information, not complying with the rules, or received after the defined date and time of the Contest will be considered void and will result in the participant's elimination. Similarly, any entry where the use of a bot is detected (multiple computer registrations made automatically and repetitively from the same IP address) will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the participant(s).
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of the participant concerned from the Contest, the Organizing Company reserving the right, where appropriate, to take legal action against them. Any dispute or claim relating to this Contest must be submitted in writing and sent to the Contest address and cannot be considered beyond a period of one month from the closing of the Contest.
ARTICLE 4: CONTEST PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES
The principle and organization of this Contest are as follows:
To participate, the participant must, from January 28, 2026 until February 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM, cumulatively:
- Complete a META form requesting the following personal data: last name, first name, email, date of birth, phone number, postal code;
- Consent to join the Ladurée Newsletter and the Bergamotte Newsletter.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZES
The prize is as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize" or "Event"):
- One (1) Ladurée Tea Time for two people to be booked at any Ladurée establishment in France offering Tea Time (excluding Ladurée Gravelle and Ladurée Gordes) until March 14, 2026 inclusive, valued at €130.
- A Bergamotte subscription for a duration of 6 months ("foisonnant" format at €278.44) (see details with Bergamotte).
This Prize will not be exchangeable and cannot give rise to any compensation in any form whatsoever in the event of inability to attend.
The winner concerned will be designated after verification of the validity of their participation with regard to the criteria detailed in these rules.
The Participant acknowledges that the photographs illustrating the Contest are not contractually binding.
Transportation to get to the restaurant is not included in the Prize.
ARTICLE 6: PRIZE ALLOCATION
6.1 Prize Draw
A prize draw will be organized on February 9 and will designate one (1) winner. It will be conducted by an employee of the Organizing Company (or any company designated by the Organizing Company) in the presence of 2 witnesses.
6.2 Winner Notification and Prize Distribution
The winner designated during the prize draw will be contacted by the Organizing Company by email to announce their selection in the prize draw and to communicate information relating to their Prize.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
The liability of the Organizing Company is strictly limited to the delivery of Prizes to winners.
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:
- for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct/operation of the Contest;
- for failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- for loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
- for routing problems;
- for the operation of any software;
- for the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- for any damage caused to a Participant's computer;
- for any technical, hardware and software failure of any nature, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Contest or having damaged a Participant's system;
- for malfunction of the Prize distributed as part of the contest, and any direct and/or indirect damage they could cause.
Finally, the Organizing Company reserves the right for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the Contest or to modify all or part of the terms of these rules, in compliance therewith. If, as a result of an event beyond its control, it were forced to exercise this right, its liability could not be engaged.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to permanently exclude any person who, through their fraudulent behavior, would harm the proper conduct of the Contest.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
It is reminded that to participate in the Contest, participants must necessarily provide certain personal information about themselves (name, address, phone, email...). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary for taking their participation into account, determining winners, and allocating and sending Prizes. This information is intended for the Organizing Company, and may be transmitted to its technical service providers and to a service provider ensuring the sending of Prizes where applicable. The data thus collected may be used within the legal framework.
In application of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR") No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, participants have rights of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them.
The User may exercise these rights:

The User also has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 9: COPY OF THE RULES
These rules will be available on the Organizing Company's digital catalog.
ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are subject to French law, and any dispute will be within the jurisdiction of the French courts of the defendant's place of residence.
