Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free items. Our classic macaron flavors are naturally gluten-free, except for a few specific seasonal flavors indicated otherwise on the product page. We also offer a variety of products that are lactose-free or made without added sugar. For complete details, please refer to the ingredient and allergen information listed on each product page to ensure an item meets your dietary needs.

Our products are made fresh and should be consumed before the expiration or best-by date indicated on the packaging. For safety and quality reasons, we do not recommend consuming our products after the use-by date.

Ladurée offers you the possibility to add a personnal message to your order for free. This option is available after the summary of your shopping cart. Caution, only one gift message is available by box.

The option to create your own assortment is not available for online inthe United States. However, if you would like a special assortment, you can visit one of our boutiques or contact our sales team through the online form.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, then it was maybe placed in the spam section of your electronic mailbox. You can also check your order status in "My account".

Once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to modify the content, shipping date, or delivery address. You may contact Customer Care as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist if possible.

You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We do not include pricing inside the package, and you may add a gift message for a personal touch.

No invoice is sent with the shipment. Only a preparatory bill is handed with the package.

We deliver to the mainland United States (except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or buildings that do not accept packages.

To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please provide complete and accurate information when entering your delivery address. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of the address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time. Ladurée cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery. P Please note: due to the perishable nature of our products, items not collected on time may be discarded to guarantee safety and quality. Additionally, due to their delicate nature, macarons may differ slightly from the photos and can occasionally arrive with minor cracks or crumbles. You can order select products on our Local Pickup pages and pick them up at the boutique of your choice within the timeframe specified at checkout.

Standard delivery takes 24–48 hours depending on the product and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping starts at $28 for overnight delivery. Rates vary based on shipping method.

When your order is shipped, an email confirmation is sent to you, containing your tracking number. Another email is sent to you following the collection of your package at our workshop, followed by a delivery confirmation email when the package has been delievered.

You can change your delivery address or date only if the delivery time allows it. Your change request must reach us at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, using our contact form. The new delivery address will have to be in the same country as the one initially registered when ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos and a description of the issue within 24 hours of receipt using our contact form. Ladurée will review your request, but cannot be held responsible for damage caused after the package leaves our facility or due to mishandling by the courier. Please note: Due to their delicate nature, macarons or Eugenie may look different from the photos and sometimes arrive with cracks or crumble. These are entirely natural, resulting from transit and shipping conditions, and do not affect their taste or quality.

If an item is missing in your order, you should get in touch with our customer service through our contact form. Your inquiry should absolutely reach us within the 24 hours following the receipt of your order.

If any issue occurs during delivery, please contact our customer service via our contact form. We kindly ask that you reach out within 24 hours of the originally scheduled delivery date. Ladurée is not liable for delays caused by the delivery company (UPS, FedEx, courier, or third-party services), and refunds will not be issued for such delays. Additionally, Ladurée is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered or while in the care of the delivery company.
