Storage

Macarons should be kept for up to 4 days in the lower part of the refrigerator. Remove 15 minutes before serving to enjoy at room temperature. Eugenie can be kept for 6 weeks. We recommend storing them in a dry place at room temperature (maximum 18°C). Defrosted product – do not refreeze. Our freezing techniques preserve the natural quality of each ingredient, capture their freshness, and respect the delicacy of our creations.
