The Ladurée x Casablanca grapefruit mint macaron brings together two delicate grapefruit-scented shells and a grapefruit-mint fruit filling — a fresh, bright bite that captures the spirit of summer in the most iconic form of the Maison. Light, vivid, and perfectly balanced between citrus sharpness and cool mint finish.

Ladurée x Casablanca Grapefruit Mint Eugénie
The Ladurée Eugénie is one of the Maison's most sought-after creations — and this summer, it gets a limited-edition makeover. The Ladurée x Casablanca Eugénie features a crisp grapefruit-scented chocolate shell, a melting grapefruit-mint confit centre, and a delicate sablé biscuit, all coated in white chocolate. Four textures, one fresh and indulgent experience. Available for a limited time only.

A Pairing Born from Travel
After a trip to Japan, Casablanca founder Charaf Tajer brought an idea to Julien Alvarez: the pairing of pomelo and mint. Together, they worked to find the right balance — the bitterness of grapefruit, the freshness of mint, and a touch of sweetness — creating a signature that feels both distinctive and perfectly suited to the summer season.
