RULES OF THE CONTEST ORGANIZED BY PÂTISSERIE E. LADURÉE
From March 26 to April 6, 2026

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY

PÂTISSERIE E.LADUREE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 372,584.80 euros, whose registered office is located at 84 avenue d’Iéna, 75116 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 572 045 540 (hereinafter referred to as "LADUREE" or the "Organizing Company"), is organizing from March 26, 2026, to April 6, 2026 inclusive, a contest with no purchase necessary entitled "Ladurée x Swarovski" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"). PÂTISSERIE E.LADUREE is duly represented by Mélanie CARRON in her capacity as Managing Director.

SWAROVSKI France SAS, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 732 058 698, having its registered office at 13 ter Boulevard Berthier (75017), is participating in the organization of the Contest by providing the prize involved (hereinafter referred to as "SWAROVSKI").

ARTICLE 2: CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT

The Contest is announced by email to all persons who have given their consent.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The Contest is open to any natural person of legal age as of the start date of the Contest residing in metropolitan France (excluding Corsica), with the exception of employees and representatives of the Organizing Company or its related group companies, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their consultants and family members, including domestic partners, and, generally, any company or natural person participating, directly or indirectly, in the creation or implementation of the Contest.

The Organizing Company draws attention to the fact that any minor participating in the contest is deemed to be participating under the control and with the consent of their parents or the holder(s) of parental authority, or failing that, their legal guardian(s).

Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified participation, or one containing false information, not complying with the rules, or received after the defined date and time of the Contest, will be considered void and will lead to the participant's disqualification. Likewise, any participation where the use of bots (multiple automated and repetitive computer registrations from the same IP address) is detected will be considered void and will lead to the disqualification of the participant(s).

Maximum one entry per person for the entire duration of the Contest. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility.

Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may lead to the exclusion of the participant concerned from the Contest, with the Organizing Company reserving the right, if necessary, to initiate legal proceedings against them. Any dispute or claim relating to this contest must be formulated in writing and sent to the Contest address and cannot be considered beyond a period of one month from the closing of the Contest.

ARTICLE 4: CONTEST PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

The principle and organization of this Contest are as follows:

To participate, the participant must, from March 26, 2026, until the day of the draw, cumulatively:

-Be a member of Club Ladurée.

-Be registered for the Swarovski Club and accept its General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 5: PRIZES

The prizes involved are as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize(s)"):

Three (3) sets composed of:

  • -One Swarovski necklace with a value of €230 incl. VAT each. To be confirmed/modified.
  • -One pair of Swarovski earrings with a value of €149 incl. VAT each. To be confirmed/modified.

The total value of the Prizes involved is: €1,137 incl. VAT (€379 incl. VAT per Prize).

These Prizes shall be neither exchangeable nor refundable in the event of loss or theft and shall not give rise to any partial or total refund in any form whatsoever. The relevant winner will be designated after verification of the validity of their participation with regard to the criteria detailed in these rules.

The Participant acknowledges that the photographs illustrating the Contest are non-binding.

ARTICLE 6: PRIZE ALLOCATION

6.1 Prize Draw
A draw will be organized on April 7, 2026, and will designate 3 winners. It will be conducted by an employee of the Organizing Company (or any company designated by the Organizing Company) in the presence of 2 witnesses.

6.2 Winner Notification
The winners designated during the draw will be contacted by LADUREE by email to announce their selection in the draw and to determine the prize delivery option (detailed in Article 6.4 below).

6.3 Winner Validation

If within seven (7) days following the email notification, a drawn winner has not responded to the Organizing Company, they will be deemed to have waived the Prize, and a new draw will be held under the conditions stipulated in Article 6.1.

In the absence of a positive response from two people drawn per Prize within the allotted time, the Prize may then be cancelled by the Organizing Company and SWAROVSKI.

6.4 Delivery of Prizes

The Prize will be sent by post by SWAROVSKI, free of charge, to the contact details provided by the winner. The Prize will be sent by SWAROVSKI within one month of receiving the winners' contact details. SWAROVSKI and LADUREE shall in no case be held liable for the loss or damage of the Prize by La Poste or any carrier in charge of transport and/or in the event of malfunctioning of the services of La Poste or any carrier in charge of transport.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

The liability of the Organizing Company and SWAROVSKI is strictly limited to the delivery of the Prize to the winner.

Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for consulting or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible hijacking, and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company and SWAROVSKI shall not under any circumstances be held liable for, including but not limited to:

The transmission and/or receipt of any data and/or information on the Internet;

Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper progress or functioning of the Contest;

Failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;

Loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;

Delivery problems;

The functioning of any software;

The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, or technical failure;

Any damage caused to a Participant's computer;

Any technical, hardware, or software failure of any kind that prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Contest or damaged a Participant's system;

The malfunction of the Prize distributed as part of the contest, and any direct and/or indirect damage it may cause.

Finally, the Organizing Company and SWAROVSKI reserve the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt, or extend the Contest or to modify all or part of the terms of these rules, in compliance with the law. If, as a result of an event beyond their control, they were forced to apply this right, they shall not be held liable.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to permanently exclude any person who, through fraudulent behavior, would harm the proper conduct of the Contest.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

Participants are reminded that to participate in the Contest, they must provide certain personal information (name, address, telephone, email, etc.). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary for taking their participation into account, determining the winners, and awarding and sending the Prizes. This information is intended for the Organizing Company and may be transmitted to its technical service providers and to a service provider ensuring the sending of the Prizes. The data thus collected may be used within the legal framework.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679/EU, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them.

ARTICLE 9: COPY OF THE RULES

These rules will be available on the Organizing Company's digital catalog.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are subject to French law, and any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the French courts of the defendant's place of residence.
