OFFICIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS:
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes Ladurée & Disneyland® Paris: A Sweet Thanksgiving of Magic Awaits (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United Statesor the District of Columbia and who are at least 21 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of American Macaroon LLC (“Sponsor”), Ladurée US, Patisserie E. Ladurée, Euro Disney Associés SAS (“Disneyland® Paris”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials and/or the implementation of the Sweepstakes and/or the provision of prizes or prize elements (collectively, the “Promotional Entities”), and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter or win. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses cannot participate. By entering, you accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The “Sweepstakes Period” begins on November 11, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2025, and is open during the regular business hours of the five participating stores listed below.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit one of the five participating Ladurée stores listed below during regular store hours, then use the QR code on the Sweepstakes poster in the store to access the Sweepstakes web page. Complete the entry form with your first name, last name, address, age, mobile telephone number (optional) and e-mail address,then click on the “Submit” button. Limit one entry into the Sweepstakes per person/e-mail address throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, garbled or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified in the sole discretion of Sponsor. If you use a mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.

By providing your email address to enter the Sweepstakes, you are expressly agreeing to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and the Promotional Entities.
Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any entity apart from the Promotional Entities. You may opt out from receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Your personal information provided in the entry is subject to the Privacy Policy.
PRIZE:
Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded: Each confirmed Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day, 2-night visit for winner and three (3) guests to Disneyland® Paris. Each Grand Prize includes:
• Round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence and the Paris (CDG) Airport; tickets will be issued by Disneyland® Paris or its appointed travel provider; gateway airport and airline selected in the sole discretion of Disneyland® Paris.
• One (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) for two (2) consecutive nights at the Disneyland Hotel (5 stars resort) at Disneyland® Paris.
• Four (4) 3-Day Tickets for the Disney Parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios).
• Four (4) Premier Access Ultimate passes for the Disney Parks for three (3) days.
• Four (4) bracelets for access to the reserved viewing area valid for «Disney Stars on Parade» or any equivalent day show or entertainment offering replacing this during the validity period, subject to operational or scheduling considerations at Disneyland® Paris.
• Four (4) bracelets for access to reserved viewing area valid for «Disney Tales of Magic» or any equivalent nighttime show or entertainment offering replacing this during the validity period, subject to operational or scheduling considerations at Disneyland® Paris.
• Twenty-four (24) vouchers each valid for one lunch or dinner for one person on the dates of the visit to the Disney Parks and in the restaurants listed on each voucher.
• Eight (8) vouchers for breakfast at the selected hotel corresponding to the two mornings of the hotel stay, one for each of four people for two meals.
Total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $14,000.00.
Total value of all prizes is $28,000.00.The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period from all five participating stores. Limit one Grand Prize per person/e-mail address/household address.
Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the prize visit to Disneyland®Paris that are not specified as included in these Official Rules, including but not limited to ground transportation, baggage fees, additional hotel nights, tips, meals and beverages not covered by the vouchers, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, hotel room service, laundry service, service charges, VAT and other taxes, insurance, and other personal expenses. Visit to Disneyland® Paris is subject to blackout dates, availability and additional restrictions.
Prize vouchers are not valid for December 24 or 31, 2025. All tickets, vouchers, passes and bracelets are subject to the terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. Hotel accommodations and air travel must be booked directly 3with Disneyland® Paris at least 30 days in advance using the instructions provided with the prize vouchers. Premier Access and bracelets will be provided to winner upon arrival at Disneyland® Paris.
All elements of the prize must be used before October 15, 2026, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety with no compensation or substitution of prize. Winners and their guests must travel on same itinerary. Winners and guests are solely responsible for obtaining (and traveling with) valid passports and any other required documents, and for obtaining any required visas. Winners agree to maintain their behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any prize activity, including, without limitation, use of a prize. Winners understand and agree that the Promotional Entities each have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a prize winner (and/or his/her guests, if any) from any activity at any time if the winner’s (and/or his/her guests’, if any) behavior at any point is disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of one or more of the Promotional Entities or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers and, in that event, winner may (in Promotion Entities’ sole discretion) be required to forfeit the rest or all of his/her prize without compensation of substitution.
If a winner elects to visit Disneyland® Paris with fewer than the allowed number of guests, components of the prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of guests and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. If any guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, he/she must be accompanied to Disneyland® Paris by his/her parent or legal guardian, who must be either the winner or another guest of the winner. All federal, state, local, VAT and any other taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners, who will each receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of his/her prize, which is estimated to be $14,000. Prize must be accepted with all listed prize components subject to the conditions indicated herein. No cash in lieu of prize. Prize may not be sold or transferred to any other person or entity. No prize substitution allowed; however, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize (or any prize component) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. Actual value of a prize may depend on city of departure, visit dates, changes in value of prize components, fluctuation of currency conversion rates, inflation, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Once scheduled, trip must be taken on dates arranged by winner and Disneyland® Paris or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation or substitution. Changes are not permitted after air ticket issue. Promotional Entities are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner or guests are unable to visit Disneyland® Paris by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will select two (2) Grand Prize winners in a random drawing held on or about December 8, 2025, from among all eligible entries received from all five participating stores. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the entry form within two business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days after receipt of notification in order to formally claim the prize. If such documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if notification of prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner of a prize is found to be ineligible or not in full compliance with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner declines the prize for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries 4received and notified in accordance with these Official Rules. By accepting the prize, each winner expressly authorizes Disneyland® Paris and its designated travel providers to contact them directly via the email address and/or phone number provided in order to arrange and fulfill all elements of the prize, including but not limited to travel booking and hotel accommodation. Each guest of winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must also complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to provision of the vouchers to the winners. Failure to sign and return such documents in a timely fashion may result in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety. If forfeiture occurs after a winner has already been confirmed, Sponsor may elect not to select and confirm an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right not to award a prize if it is unable to confirm a winner for that prize after five (5) attempts.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (a) agree that the Promotional Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including, without limitation, death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities, or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or prize-related activity; and (b) acknowledge that those parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prizes and/or any prize components, including but not limited to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose; and (c) agree that acceptance of a prize constitutes your permission (which will be confirmed in writing upon request) for Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to the Sponsor’s authority, to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, including the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further compensation, and without limitation, unless prohibited by law, and without notice, review or approval. The Promotional Entities are not responsible for illegible, garbled, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable entries, email, or other communications; or for misdirected, undelivered, mutilated, or postage due mail; or for any computer, programming, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Promotional Entities are not responsible for any malfunction, defect or error, whether human or technical in nature, affecting the administration of the Sweepstakes. Promotional Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site(s). The right is reserved by Sponsor in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and/or in any manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion as intended to defraud Sponsor; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, 5or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and disqualification of participant utilizing same (the foregoing includes but is not limited to commercial promotion subscription “clubs”, service web sites and like organizations); all entry into the Sweepstakes must be key-stroked by hand. Disqualification will result in all random drawing sweepstakes entries by such participant being voided without liability of any kind; and, Sponsor may take any other actions deemed necessary in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights. Promotional Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from any web site or use of any web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the random drawings from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or to otherwise make prizes available to be won in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Notice of any such action by Sponsor will be posted on its website at https://laduree.com/enus/pages/us-partnership-disneyland-paris. In case of dispute, entry into the Sweepstakes will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Promotional Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize. These Official Rules are intended solely for the personal use of an individual participant and may be reproduced only once for his/her personal use.
