Two almond chocolate macaron shells, dusted with cocoa, contain a ganache blending orange zest, tonka bean, Cumeo berries, and gingerbread. The intensity of chocolate meets spices in a warming balance, like hot chocolate savoured on a winter's day.

Cappuccino Macaron
