Contest "Pause Gourmande"
ARTICLE 1
ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company PÂTISSERIE E.LADUREE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €372,584.80, whose registered office is located at 84 avenue d'Iéna – 75116 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 572 045 540 (hereinafter referred to as "LADUREE" or the "Organizing Company"), is organizing from May 6, 2026 to May 11, 2026 inclusive a contest with no purchase necessary entitled "Pause Gourmande Ladurée Café" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"). The company PÂTISSERIE E.LADUREE is duly represented by Mélanie CARRON in her capacity as Chief Executive Officer.
ARTICLE 2
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CONTEST
The Contest is announced via Instagram on the accounts @maisonladuree and @laduree.cafe.
ARTICLE 3
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Contest is open to any adult natural person at the date of the start of the Contest, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Organizing Company or affiliated with its group of companies, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisors and members of their families, including common-law partners and, in general, any company or natural person participating, directly or indirectly, in the setup or implementation of the Contest.
The Organizing Company draws attention to the fact that any minor participating in the contest is deemed to be participating under the supervision and with the consent of their parents or the holder(s) of parental authority, or failing that, their legal guardian(s).
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified participation containing false information, not in compliance with the rules, or received after the defined date and time of the Contest will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the participant. Likewise, any participation where the use of a bot is detected (multiple computer registrations carried out automatically and repeatedly from the same IP address) will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the participant(s).
A maximum of one entry per person, for the entire duration of the Contest. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of the participant concerned from the Contest, the Organizing Company reserving the right, if applicable, to initiate legal proceedings against them. Any dispute or claim relating to this contest must be submitted in writing and sent to the Contest address and cannot be taken into consideration beyond a period of one month from the close of the Contest.
ARTICLE 4
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
The principle and organization of this Contest are as follows:

On Instagram: be subscribed to the account @laduree.cafe and have commented on the post announcing the contest by tagging the person of their choice.
These conditions are cumulative and must be fulfilled on the day of the draw for the winner by the Organizing Company.
ARTICLE 5
PRIZE AT STAKE
The prizes at stake are as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize(s)"):
Five (5) duos of two drinks and two pastries (subject to availability at the time of presentation in store).
These Prizes will be neither exchangeable nor refundable in the event of loss or theft and will not give rise to any partial or total reimbursement in any form whatsoever. The winner concerned will be designated after verification of the validity of their participation in accordance with the criteria detailed in these rules.
The Participant acknowledges that the photographs illustrating the Contest are not contractual.
ARTICLE 6
AWARD OF THE PRIZE
6.1 Draw for the winner
A draw will be organized within 5 days following the close of the Contest and will designate 5 winners. It will be carried out by an employee of the Organizing Company (or any company designated by the Organizing Company) in the presence of 2 witnesses.
6.2 Notification of the winner
The winners designated during the draw will be contacted by LADUREE via Instagram message by @laduree.cafe in order to announce their selection in the draw.
6.3 Prize collection
The winners of the Contest must collect their Prize in store by May 31, 2026 inclusive (during the opening hours of the Ladurée Café).
If a drawn winner has not presented themselves at the Ladurée Café before May 31, 2026, they will be considered to have waived the Prize.
ARTICLE 7
LIABILITY
The liability of the Organizing Company is strictly limited to the delivery of the Prize to the winner.
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission over the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company shall under no circumstances be held liable, without this list being exhaustive:
-for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information over the Internet;
-for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/operation of the Contest;
-for failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
-for loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, for loss of any data;
-for routing problems;
-for the operation of any software;
-for the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, or technical failure;
-for any damage caused to a Participant's computer;
-for any technical, hardware or software failure of any nature, having prevented or limited the ability to participate in the Contest or having damaged a Participant's system;
-for the malfunction of the Prize distributed as part of the contest, and any direct and/or indirect damages they may cause.
Finally, the Organizing Company reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the Contest or to modify all or part of the terms of these rules, in compliance therewith. If, as a result of an event beyond their control, they were compelled to exercise this right, their liability could not be engaged.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to permanently exclude any person who, through fraudulent behavior, harms the proper running of the Contest.
ARTICLE 8
PERSONAL DATA
It is recalled that in order to participate in the Contest, participants must necessarily provide certain personal information about themselves (name, address, telephone, email, etc.). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary for the processing of their participation, the determination of the winners and the allocation and sending of Prizes. This information is intended for the Organizing Company, and may be transmitted to its technical service providers and to a service provider responsible for sending the Prizes. The data collected in this way may be used within the legal framework.
In application of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "GDPR") No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, participants have the rights of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them.

ARTICLE 9
COPY OF THE RULES
These rules will be available on the digital catalogue of the Organizing Company.
ARTICLE 10
APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts of the defendant's place of residence.
